@Dae

I did not put this in Ask The Team, for a reason,,,I wanted discussion of the subject besides/including the Team.

So please answer/discuss what you want to.

This is a hard topic to address. Using one of your examples...a player logs out at the campfire. 3 RL days later an event happens. That equals more the 3 IG days and one cannot expect a character to be sitting at the fire for weeks non-stop. However that player could be in town, if they have a room at the inn it could be expected they were in the area, so it's possible they saw or heard about what happened.

This is one of those grey areas.

Some things like observing or something I do not mind being done on threads. If you do some IC post about your PCs actions, and others want their PCs there to know about it, then that's part of what goes down.

It's no fun if you put up an IC post that is supposed to be super super secret and no one is allowed to know about. That's usually why people don't post up things that others aren't sposed to know.

IC threads are IC, you're giving the information... if others wish to get it it is up to them now and out of your hands.

p.s. Small observations and activities I don't think you should be required to log in for. However, say... going and smashing up the crypts... you should really do stuff like that IG.
