As an after thought. On Avlis the trend is to blame Snow for this type of thing. Can I blame Kaz?

I'm working with the cable company. Problem is it's an on again off again problem,...and everytime a etch comes out it's working again.

They keep trying to catch it while it's down. I'm calling them now to see if they can get a tech out right now. I've now been moved to the highest level of support. They are now suspose to send a tech out right away when a problem happens rather then scheduling a tech like normal....I hope this gets fixed soon...it's way past being a pain in the ass.

okay the Cable Company has moved the issue up the foodchain. I got a call from the Regional Manager who is pissed off this issue hasn't been fixed. He gave me a 3 month credit as a way of saying sorry ($350.00) which is nice and he has 2 lead techs scheduled to come out tomorrow at 8am until the problem is fixed even if they have to rerun the line from the pole to my router.
