Server Reset Request Thread

It's back up now. But it restarted Coran as a ghost, and my body is no longer there, it did load items onto me, and at first glance doesn't seem like anything is missing.

yes bodies do not survive server resets, however it's easy to get out of the ghost state

DL got me out of ghost form today but in doing so we realized Coran was missing some items, including her cloak from the dragon wars in hala, was the one mentioning the curse and such. if it was any other itme i would just live with it, but that has sentimental value now

All three servers appear to be down.

I cant connect to them remotely. Terry needs to turn them on again.

looks like Frontier is being strange

the IP changed to 47.198.48.7

I've pinged dreamhost to update the IP but it can take up to 24 hours

So use the direct connect

When I try to direct connect to server.arkaz.org:5123 (or the other two) it says:
"attempting to find server."
"connection to server has failed."
"Server is not responding (timed out)."

strange. for some reason the servers cannot get out fully. Working on it.

okay I restarted the environment again.

Just to make sure try the direct IP of 47.198.48.7

It looks like there is something strange going on. For some reason I cannot reach everywhere from those servers....for example I can get to www.bing.com but www.google.com fails.

Sigh I might have to call Frontier...which sucks.
