Server Reset?

Clare is missing at her shop, so no way to buy flasks for crafting, is it possible for a server reset?

She was ill upstairs. I've given her some medicine and she now feels well enough to serve customers again

The server is lagging a lot, there are problems even walking.

restarted the router. Looks like we got hit by someone trying to brute force the ftp server.

Blocked their traffic and restarted the routers, things seem fine now.

Sudden bursts of lag hitting the server at 10:40 PM GMT as bad as the last time, even difficult to walk.
