The link and quote below is on ISD's or Illegal Static Drops. You will find very few of these IG but the potential exists. My main found one at which point I contacted the team on the find and it's location. I held it in inventory for a team member to remove and review. Please remember the rules below as no item you find may be worth the consequences of keeping it. The item was near worthless to my main but would be worth a lot of gold outside Arkaz. The gold and items are only bits and bytes on your computer, the fun is the interaction with others and loosing that is hardly worth what the item or gold really is.
Again I do not speak for the team on this, but wanted players out there to be reminded to keep the game fun for everyone.

Arkaz is a low magic world.
Anything giving perma haste, DR, soak, true seeing, extra spell slots and the following;
Drops over +1 enchantment.
Drops over +1 stat increase.
Drops over +6 skill increase.
Elemental damage greater than +2.
No weapon that glows.
By no means a comprehensive list, please use common sense as always as regards drops. If you find such an item or in doubt you have found an ISD, contact the Team, or ask a DM either online or via
staff@arkaz.com.
Please remember this helps the world as a whole and will see you viewed favourably by the Team.
If you feel you have had an ISD please report it and be as precise as possible, i.e. where/when/what dropped the item, party members etc. Be as precise as possible please.

what Dae said. Remember it's best to err on the side of caution.
Normally we do not have this issue, because drops occur based on items in the DB and we control that, however every now and then bioware acts up and an item on a npc that's flagged not to drop on death drops.
We've never really had a problem with players not reporting these, but it's good to be reminded every now and then.
