Ok. So this one is down to my own stupidity.
My graphics card had been playing up recently, so i bought a new one. Doing the sensible thing of uninstalling drivers before removing the old card i found the new one was fucked.
So i go and put the old one back in. I go off to find the drivers from the Nvidia site and now i have issues with NWN.
It loads all the splash screens but when it gets to the main menu all i get is a black screen with the NWN hand mouse pointer.
Its a 7600GT which worked fine in NWN before i removed the old drivers.
Can anyone recommend a build of the nVidia drivers that will work correctly?
Thanks
Al

Unfortunately my card is even older than yours. It is a 5700. Can you run on the standard drivers for video that come with your OS? I am going to assume you are running a Windows OS presentely. At times in the past I have been able to use the windows update function and pull their drivers. They are quite often several versions older than what you find on the manufacturers site. Frequently the install package is also pushed to your PC and drivers installed from them. Did you let the install wizard try to find the drivers locally? Or search the boards manufacturers site for older drivers?

That's a known issue with the current version of the drivers. Roll back to an older version. 9424 is the best current working version for nwn
