I had to add one of my favorite quotes. :)

It is possible to commit no mistakes and still lose. That is not weakness, that is life.

Ok There is a huge amount of IC and out of character gossip. If it is IC gossip then investigate it IC and do something about it. Please! If OOC tell me about it, if you chose to gossip and not speak up to me I cannot fix it. We cannot make everyone happy 100% of the time though we try very hard to do so. The Players who get off their but and do things get attention plain and simple. I as well as some of the other DM's have been very busy. However, I will be around more as of Monday and those who are waiting for me as a DM please email me with availability. I am an equal opportunity DM if you have an issue or you want to explore your character concept please feel free to email me. It may take a while to get to you but WE will get to you. I do get to pc's even the good ones.

As for evil places... Hmm Is this a joke? Should all servers get rid of their evil places? How about the drow on Hala? Growth is good for a server and as we speak even more places are being built. In Arkaz all are welcome. This will not change no matter who dislikes who OOC.

Yes, I know I've been out of the game for a while and just getting back into it, but I'm not getting this latest hot issue of discussion lately.

I believe that the ooc concern of "evil" or "good" winning is, not only silly, but irrelevent. This is a role-playing game. The only way you WIN is by having fun.

Keep in mind that the pro-evil environment of Arkaz is NOT a bad thing. The ultimate goal is for everyone to have fun.
I play a "good" aligned character and I believe it would be very boring and un-fun if there were not "evil" aligned characters/npcs and other "evil" forces/areas which serve to challenge your character in some way.

The important thing is that the entire Arkaz team (Terry, dm's, builders, scripters, and others) does an outstanding job (and volunteers a great amount of time and effort) at providing an awesome place for EVERYONE to play and have fun (and win!).

-One players perspective
Playing as:
Rune Amanta - Ambassador and Warder of Avarine
Hoovi'dinaari - avariel archer/mage
Orijinn - mindbender
