Hope someone on the Children quest reads this. I cannot log into any server, here or Avlis. I get the upgrade message and then servers all just time out. Otherwise all connections seem to function normally. :cry:

My ISP has been a pain for the past several hours as those I was trying to play with last night are aware. Hopefully they will have it fixed today before the event. If I am not there it is not through RL or my choice. Seems to cut out for 15 minutes and then on again for the same time.

Things have deteriorated since this mourning. Then it was up for an hour and down for about 15 minutes. That is reversed now. I will still try to make the event but I could crash out at the drop of a hat. Aparently when I do crash out my avatar stays on screen. I have now been trying to make this simple pretyped posting for 2 plus hours.

I apologize to all those in the event on Sunday. As you may or may not have seen that even when I made it to Heroe's yesterday I lost connection three or four times while standing there talking. Did Sonja disappear from the screen during that time? Indications earlier is that she may not have so I missed most of the conversations during the time.

From about 06:00PM my time the problems seemed to stop. I had contacted my ISP earlier that day to set up service *curses Comcast*. They told me first it was a problem with my computer, then I told them that the other computers were in the same state. Their next excuse was my router, I told them that only the power light and modem connect to lights were constantly illuminated. In addition the TV, which is digital, was in the same state. Now they tell me it must be the cable line is faulty inside my home. Explained that it is only the digital signal in question as the analogue signal on another TV is not being interrupted. They out and out refused to admit that the problem was on their end through the entire dialogue. I am only left with one conclusion since they would never lie to me. The nanites that they include in their products must have repaired the faults in the hardware.

I am going to leave their service call open until just before they come though which is Wednesday afternoon at 04:00 PM to 06:00 PM my time.
