Changes to the World?

I have some questions regarding to me appears to be some changes to world of Arkaz.

Greater Magic Weapon and Magic Weapon have durations of level in turns not the level in hours the spell description says.

The dwarf merchant in Heroes appears to have a cap on the amount of gold he has on hand for purchases. This cap to me appears to be too small.

A great number of spells have durations and/or effects which will not match the IG description. This is not a recent change.

The caps on merchants have been set to specific limits to keep Arkaz in balance as best as possible.

Actually, his cap is larger than most others. Rejoice in that fact. :)
