Auto Voice

I am playing Elghinn as someone who can't talk is there any way to shut off the voice emotes...or the automated voice.?
Death is inevitable but the pain that can be brought to you before it comes can be exhilarating at least for me that is..

There is a way to not have the in game voices, but it relates to choosing a specific voiceset at character creation
