I am intrested in becoming a weapons master. I am not sure what steps I need to follow to start the process. Can some one please help me?

I'm going to hook a question on here:

The rules say that a DM is required, yet Drenly has a wand for being a level 10 WM. Can PCs who have at least 10 levels in a prestige class train others? Does it require DM permission? Supervision? Obviously the RP has to be there, that goes without saying. The rules linked here say nothing about it, yet the server is spitting out the wands.

Are there guidelines on the length of time the basic training should take? Number of RP sessions?

Please advise and clarify?

yes, though you must keep the team informed about what is going on.

Players who master their PrCs can unlocked it for others. Just remember back to what you had to do. This isn't an easy thing. It should take IG Years to master the skills required to open a PrC.
