Stuck in a wall

If there's an available DM out there, Azura is stuck in a wall in the goblin caves (the area marked "A Dank Cave"). None of the usual tricks like making a tent or shapeshifting worked. Any help is appreciated!

There is a function in the radial crafting menu to "unsitck". Give that a try, I have yet to see it fail.
